2013 Rainhill Gala, Monday 27 May
Paintball, archery and a treasure hunt are just a few of the family activities on offer at this year’s Rainhill Gala.
The event takes place on Monday 27 May on St Ann’s School Field, View Lane, Rainhill, from 11.30am. Keen adventurers can download their treasure maps in advance from the from the Rainhill Gala website (PDF), and start searching straight away.
The day will also feature live arena entertainment – including local bands, dance groups, Zumba sessions, “extreme cheerleading” and a tug-o-war – and the usual favourites, such as stalls, refreshments and a children’s bouncy castle.
Visit Rainhillgala.co.uk for more information, or click here to follow them on Facebook.

Hi, wondering if as part of the Rainhill Gala listing, if you could mention the Rainhill Eco Garden project – and also the children’s drawing competition to design the garden’s family friendly logo. The Rainhill Eco Group will have a stall at the Gala where people can find out more about the garden and drawing competition.
If you need any other details please let me know, many thanks
Susan
