Reports Piling up of No EE, Orange, T-Mobile Signal in Prescot

orange_mast_prescotPrescot Online has received consistent reports over the past week of poor mobile phone service in the L34 area.

EE confirmed that a mast in Greenwood Close was repaired on Tuesday 9 July, but users are still alerting Prescot Online to limited or poor signal around the town.

The mast also serves Orange and T-Mobile, which are operated by the same company.

If you are still without service, please contact your mobile phone provider directly and let them know your complaint and your full postcode. The customer service numbers are:

    I live right by that and not had signal for weeks!!! However much I’d love to ring, I can’t get signal round here, and not travelling away to get signal, just gonna wait and move to vodaphone

    02 has been down for about 2-3 weeks in L34 area, it happens every few months. The mast on Two Butt Lane is down, waiting for a part to repair 02 told me. Its a joke, but its not a local thing either. My job takes me up n down the country, im lucky if my phone doesnt cut off whilst mobile and its costing me a lot of money. not to mention the people i work for getting pissed off with the calls going dead.

    I live in Rainhill I am on Tesco Mobile who use O2. My signal has been very poor recently what you have said about the O2 mast being down in Two Butt Lane explains this.

    I work yards away from the mast on oliver lyme road and ive not had a decent signal for weeks and im on virgin
