Car Overturns in Prescot Crash, but No Serious Injuries
By Prescot Online on Tuesday, November 12, 2013
Two vehicles collided at a busy junction near Prescot town centre on Sunday, 10 November, leaving one car on its roof.
The crash happened shortly before 2.30pm where Warrington Road, A57, meets St James’ Road and Bridge Road.
Although the collision turned a red Ford Ka upside-down, the 54-year-old woman at the wheel was not seriously hurt.
She and the male driver of a black Mazda 6 were taken to Whiston Hospital as a precaution, and roads were reopened at 3.45pm.
