Man Wanted for Attempted Theft, Rainhill
Merseyside Police has issued CCTV stills of a man they wish to trace following an attempted theft in Rainhill.
At about 1.55pm on Friday, 22 April, a report was received of a man behaving suspiciously in Prinnys Makeover Factory on Longton Lane. The man used a leaflet to cover his hands and a mobile phone on the counter, before picking it up. He was challenged by staff and put down the phone before leaving on foot.
Detectives have released CCTV images of a man they believe could assist with their enquiries and officers would urge him or anyone who recognises him to get in contact. Click here to watch the CCTV video.
