Whiston Town Council By-election on the Cards

Voters in Whiston Delph Ward are able to call a by-election following the sad passing of Councillor Jackie Delaney late last month.

Her death means there is now a vacancy on Whiston Town Council. A by-election will only be called if 10 voters in the Whiston Delph Ward write to Knowsley CEO Mike Harden before Tuesday 28 June and request a by-election.
