Announcing the Prescot Community Recognition Awards 2017

Do you know someone in Prescot who goes above and beyond to help others? Someone who has served their community faithfully and deserves recognition? A neighbour with a heart of gold, or a volunteer who makes a difference in others’ lives?

Prescot Town Council (press release):

Prescot has a rich tradition as a town with a strong community, and sometimes the efforts of particular individuals and groups stand out as being above and beyond that of a usual citizen.

These groups and individuals are not always aware of the positive impact they can have, both on individuals and the wider community, and can go largely unsung for their actions.

In order to recognise these individuals and the positive contribution they make to the lives of others, the Town Council would like to introduce the Prescot Community Recognition Awards.

If you know someone who has made a valuable difference to you or the wider community in your area, please complete a nomination form (.doc file) and return it to the Town Council by 30 April 2017.
