Liverpool JMU Students Looking for Prescot Memories
English students from Liverpool John Moores University will be in Prescot on Wednesday 8 March researching the history of the traditional Lancashire town.
Residents are invited to come along to Prescot Heritage Hub at 55 Eccleston Street between 1pm and 4pm to share their memories, stories and photos pertaining to the town’s history.
The ‘Building Stories’ work experience project particularly examines Mill Street, Parr Street and Church Street between 1841 and 1925, but people can bring anything related to Prescot history.
Anyone with an interest is welcome to drop in, and light refreshments will be provided.
See what else is happening in and around Prescot, Whiston and March during March 2017.
