Bottoms up for the Whiston Beer Festival

By on Friday, March 23, 2018

The first ever Whiston Beer Festival runs this weekend.

The event is the brainchild of local micropub The Beer EnGin, which opened in 2016 on Greenes Road in Whiston Village. All proceeds from the three-day festival go to Listening Ear, the local charity providing loss and bereavement therapy.

For just £5 on the door, visitors can enjoy live entertainment and choose from a carefully selected range of 20 cask ales and eight ciders, plus gins and Prosecco.

Whiston Beer Festival runs at Whiston Town Hall from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on Friday 23 March, 1pm to 10pm on Saturday 24 March and 2pm to 7pm on Sunday 25 March.
