Knowsley Apprentice Scheme Now Recruiting
The Knowsley Apprentice programme is once again recruiting, with job and training opportunities for school and college leavers preparing for the workplace this summer.
Since 2008, the programme has helped 1,126 young people into apprenticeships with organisations across Knowsley and the wider Liverpool City Region.
This year, there are 50 vacancies in total, ranging from baker, cake decorator and glass cutter through to construction, engineering, customer service and scaffolder.
Work, learn and earn
If you’re keen to get started in the world of work, an apprenticeship will give you the real work experience you need to get the edge in the job market. You will gain a recognised qualification and develop professional skills all while earning a good salary. You’ll also be allocated a mentor who will support you through your apprenticeship.
You don’t need experience, or lots of qualifications. If you have plenty of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, Knowsley Apprentice might be for you.
Apply now
To find out more, view all of the apprenticeships available and apply for one of the vacancies, visit the council’s website.
The closing date is Thursday, 12 July 2018 and the start date will be early September 2018.
