By on Monday, September 17, 2018

Prescot-based MATE Productions will invoke the ancient woodland spirit Will-o’-the-Wisp for its next show.

An enchanting walkabout fairy tale, Willo the Wisp & the Fire Sprite invites audiences to navigate magical forests full of elves, witches and trolls in pursuit of the famed ghost and the captive Princess Ember.

Artistic Director Gaynor La Rocca has described the production as “a magical and immersive experience with live music, fire dancing, puppetry, and some stunning design work as audience walk from scene-to-scene.”

Willo will tour gardens and parklands throughout the region on weekends between 20 October and 4 November 2018. Tickets are £12 for adults and £8 for children, and a family ticket (2+2) is £35.
