By on Friday, May 31, 2019

The newly elected members of Prescot Town Council are inviting residents to the town hall on Monday 3 June.

In 2 May’s all-in, all-out elections, Prescot elected seven Green councillors and five Lib Dems. Cllr Pat Cook, of the Green Party, was unanimously voted in as Mayor of Prescot shortly afterwards, with Cllr Mark Burke, of the Liberal Democrats, as Deputy Mayor.

Now the new council are inviting residents to drop in to Prescot Town Hall, on the corner of Warrington Road and St Helens Road, any time between 10am and 7pm on Monday. There is no need to book an appointment.

Representatives for each council ward will be available throughout the day to chat, answer questions, discuss what’s happening in Prescot and support residents on issues affecting them.
