Following the overwhelming success of her appearance at the 2019 Prescot Festival, singer Danielle Louise Thomas will be back in town on Friday 6 March (7pm, Prescot Parish Church).

The mezzo-soprano known as the ‘Voice of Liverpool’ was the star guest at last year’s festival finale. This time she will headline an evening of entertainment alongside the Gilbert Scott Singers, the choral ensemble formerly known as the Liverpool Cathedral Youth Choir.

All funds raised from the concert will go towards the 16th Annual Prescot Festival, which this year features Foden’s Brass Band, the Liverpool Bach Collective and author Frank Cottrell-Boyce among other guests from the world of music and the arts.

The £6 ticket price includes a Cottom’s hot pot supper. Visit www.prescotfestival.co.uk for full details.
