Solution to Prescot Santa Photos Mix-up
(Press release: Prescot Town Council)
Photos with Father Christmas
It has recently come to the attention of both the Town Council and The Town Team that following the 2013 Christmas Light Switch On Event, a number of photos with Father Christmas have been misdirected.
This is obviously a very regrettable situation for all those involved and we have since contacted the company who provided the grotto to discuss the situation and how it can be rectified. The company have been unreserved in their apologies and have agreed to take any steps they can to rectify the problem.
It has therefore been agreed that a new full set of photos (177) will be delivered to the Town Council Offices by Thursday 19th December, where parents or guardians can exchange the misdirected photos for the ones of their family members.
In order to facilitate this and ensure appropriate levels of control are observed, parents or guardians are asked to bring along the misdirected photos and a pre-existing photo of the family member/s so that we can be certain the right photos are going to the right people.
The Town Council Offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and are located at:
9 West Street
Prescot
L34 1LE
Please feel free to call us to arrange collection on 0151 443 4796.
